South West Regional Meeting - 26 Sep 26

Dear CMA Family in the South West Region of CMA (UK),

It’s that time of year again when we open our diaries to organise the annual Regional Meeting. Here are the details:

Date: The date for the diaries is Saturday 26th September 2026.

Venue: The venue is Tiverton Baptist Church Hall, Newport Street, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6NH. This is the same venue as we had last year.

Arrival: Access is NOT via Newport Street. Access is via Park Hill, EX16 6RP. There are double white gates adjacent to The Works Garage. Access is via the white gates.

Parking: Motorcycles may enter through the white gates and park tidily and closely in the courtyard of the church hall. The Works Garage will be closed on Saturday, and permission has been granted for our attendees to park in the limited church parking and in the garage private parking areas; therefore about 20 – 25 cars/trikes/combos will be able to park safely and free of charge. A parking marshal will be visible from 9:00 a.m. to assist in parking.

Registration: Registration and refreshments from 9:00 a.m. Start time: 9:45 a.m.

Things to do:

1. Subject Matter. Mike has asked whether there is any subject that we would like addressed at the meeting (e.g. evangelism; Christian character; how to share a testimony). If there is anything on your heart that you would like addressed, please let Mike know. Thank you. His address is: chairman@bike.org.uk

2. Lunch: The plan is to order lunch to be delivered by Marks & Spencer at a provisional cost of £8 per head. For this to work, may we ask that a Branch representative contacts Helen Tippets by Saturday 12th September advising:

• The number of Branch members attending.

• The number of attendees wishing to participate in the M&S super-quality lunch.

• Any special diets.

Helen’s address is: chair.devon@bike.org.uk

There will be an offering box on the day for contributions towards the cost of the lunch

3.  Fee.. There is no attendance fee.

Please join us in praying for safe travelling and for God’s almighty presence to touch each of our hearts and lives at the South West Regional Day.

Any initial queries, offers of support, involvement etc. should please be directed to Philip Head, secretary.devon@bike.org.uk.

With Godly love and blessing.
